Wilsonville Apostille Service in Oregon

Apostille Request Form

Wilsonville’s business parks along I-5 are full of software, electronics and distribution companies with offices and customers overseas. For them, apostilles are routine paperwork: certificates of existence to open foreign bank accounts, powers of attorney for local agents, board resolutions for a new subsidiary, and degree certificates for engineers being transferred to Europe or Asia.

Wilsonville residents need the same personal documents as anyone else, plus Oregon Tech transcripts from the Portland-Metro campus in town. Our Lake Oswego office is about 15 minutes up I-5. We review company documents before they are signed, which avoids the most common rejection: a notarial certificate that doesn’t match the signer’s title.

Who Apostilles Wilsonville Documents?

The Oregon Secretary of State, Corporation Division, apostilles Oregon documents and notarizations for $10 each. Certificates of existence issued by the Corporation Division itself can be apostilled directly; other company documents need an Oregon notarization first.

What if the country doesn't accept apostilles?

Countries outside the Hague Convention, such as the UAE, Qatar, Vietnam and Egypt, need embassy legalization instead. We handle that chain too and quote it before we start.
