West Linn Apostille Service in Oregon
Apostille Request Form
West Linn is about ten minutes from our Lake Oswego office, and many West Linn clients come in with long-term projects rather than a single document: a full citizenship-by-descent file for Italy, Ireland or Poland, the papers for buying a home in France or Spain, or the records for an international adoption or a child’s study year abroad.
Those projects usually mix documents from several places: an Oregon marriage certificate, a grandparent’s birth record from another state, a naturalization certificate and a court order. Each one has to go to a different authority. We sort the set, file the Oregon documents with the Secretary of State, route out-of-state and federal documents to the right offices, and add certified translations when the consulate requires them.
Who Apostilles West Linn Documents?
Oregon documents go to the Oregon Secretary of State in Salem ($10 each). Records from other states go to that state’s Secretary of State, and federal documents, such as naturalization certificates and FBI checks, go to the U.S. Department of State. We coordinate all three.
