Israel Apostille Service

Apostille Request Form

Most Israel requests come from people making aliyah. Applicants are generally asked for an apostilled FBI background check along with apostilled birth, marriage and divorce documents, and a missing or wrong apostille is one of the most common reasons an aliyah file is delayed. We prepare these documents often and know which ones go to a state Secretary of State and which go to the U.S. Department of State.

Israel has been a Hague Convention member since 1978. Other Israel requests include documents for marriage registration, inheritance of property, powers of attorney for Israeli lawyers and banks, and degrees for professional licensing.

Does Israel Accept Apostilles?

Yes. Israeli authorities, including the Ministry of Interior and the aliyah authorities, accept apostilled U.S. documents.
